Shipping & Returns
Based upon product availability, your order will be despatched to you within 48 hours of placing your order. If for any reason there is a delay in delivering your goods to you, you will be informed in writing and/or via a phone call to inform you of the delay.
Products will be sent via Couriers to ensure cheap, fast and prompt service door-to-door. As soon as your order is shipped, our customer service department will send you an e-mail.
At Vixxen.co.nz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our commitment to customer satisfaction as well as the quality of our products. Returns are simple, just follow the following steps within 30 days and we will be happy to give you a credit on your next purchase or give you an exchange on a product/s of equal value.
